In 2022 alone, RELATE put together panels at the ECPR Standing Group on the European Union conference, at the ECPR General Conference and UACES Annual Conference. In 2023, we had a panel at ISA and will be once again at the UACES Annual Conference in Belfast! RELATE made a great showing at ISA 2023, with a fantastic panel on diplomatic practices and contributions from Rebecca Adler-Nissen and Kristin Anabel Eggeling (University of Copenhagen), August Danielson (Uppsala University) and Szilvia Nagy (Central European University).

As part of the section The EU as a Global Actor, RELATE proposed a panel titled “When the sum is more than its parts? Alternative approaches for understanding the nature of the CFSP”. The panel was chaired by Heidi Maurer and co-chaired by Marianna Lovato, with presentations by Franziska Petri and Katja Biedenkopf (KU Leuven), Tomáš Weiss (Charles University), Marianna Lovato (University College Dublin) and Antonio Karlović (University of Zagreb).
